Skyr is a type of yoghurt made of milk and a unique blend of live cultures, which has been strained to create a deliciously thick and creamy texture that’s naturally high in protein and 0% fat.
Our Skyr yoghurt is: Rich in protein which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, as well as the maintenance of normal bones.

Live cultures are live bacteria naturally present in fermented dairy products such as yoghurts and skyr.
Their role is to transform milk into yoghurt through a process called fermentation.
This process thickens the milk and gives yoghurt it’s distinctive flavour.
All our Skyr products are naturally high in protein. Our Skyr yoghurt contains 14g of protein per 160g serving.
